Biography

Member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee – Attorney at law – MSc in Banking and Finance Law 

Anastasios is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 1998, administered to stand before the Supreme Courts of Greece. 

Anastasios studied law at the Law School of the University of Athens and also holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Piraeus. 

Anastasios has a broad corporate, commercial and public procurement practice, capturing the negotiation, execution and enforcement of all types of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, franchise, shareholder and reorganization. 

Anastasios also has a 24 years’ experience in supporting clients in their participation in public tenders for procurement, as well as in handling cases relating to administrative fines/sanctions, administrative permits and approvals, execution of public contracts.

Anastasios has served in the ad hoc Legislative Committee of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, in the Legislative Committee of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport, and Network. Anastasios was an authorized member and legal counsel of the special entity of the Ministry of Education, and Religious Affairs and has served as legal counsel of several Public Committees and Institutes.
